Job description

  • Maintain, update, and optimize the Dynamics 365 ERP environment, including system stability, security, and performance.
  • Manage platform updates, rollouts, and patches; test and validate changes before deployment.
  • Design, implement, and customize Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to meet business needs.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into technical specifications and actionable configurations.
  • Develop customizations, integrations, and automations using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Monitor integrations, workflows, and automations to ensure seamless operation across departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide ongoing support and user training.
  • Document system architecture, data flows, and configuration changes for transparency and continuity.
  • Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver project milestones.
  • Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices; recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Lead or support system upgrade and enhancement projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.

Requirements

Success in this role requires the ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, translating business needs into technical requirements, proactively identifying opportunities for system improvement, and delivering reliable, scalable ERP solutions that enable the organization's digital transformation., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations, Business Central).
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Skilled in essential X++ coding practices, with specific experience in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, including leveraging GitHub
  • Experience leveraging Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and other tools for developing D365 F&O Extensions
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Azure cloud services, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation, system administration, and security roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Fundamentals, Associate, or higher) are a plus.
  • Experience with source control, configuration, and release management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping and ERP concepts., * Occasionally required to stand and walk
