Job description

  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability for the OneStream CPM implementation from design through go-live.
  • Serve as the single point of ownership across Finance, SAP S/4 teams, and the System Integrator to ensure disciplined execution and alignment.
  • Drive program milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks.
  • Lead hands-on solution design activities, including review and refinement of OneStream dimensional models, consolidation logic, business rules, and reporting structures.
  • Perform deep analysis and resolution of data integration issues between SAP S/4HANA and OneStream, with focus on close, consolidation, inventory, and costing impacts.
  • Lead defect triage and root-cause resolution during SIT, UAT, parallel close, and go-live, engaging directly in the system as required.
  • Facilitate business workshops and design sessions, driving decisions, ownership, and timelines while challenging ambiguity and scope creep.
  • Hold the System Integrator accountable for scope, quality, and delivery outcomes, validating designs, estimates, and assumptions.

Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience - 10-12 years of experience in Finance Technology or Enterprise Systems delivery.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale OneStream implementations, including close, consolidation, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance (R2R / FICO) experience, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, intercompany, multi-ledger, and multi-currency environments.
  • Experience delivering global programs supporting 200+ users across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business workshops, drive decisions, and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of financial close, inventory, costing, and manufacturing finance impacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on Delivery Lead with deep system engagement.
  • Strong working knowledge of OneStream configuration, calculations, consolidation logic, and close processes.
  • Proven experience personally supporting close cycles, reconciliations, and go-live stabilization.
  • Fluency in English language - written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience replacing Oracle FCCS and/or ARCS with OneStream.
  • Semiconductor or Hi-Tech industry experience.
  • Experience managing Tier-1 System Integrators (e.g., Finit, Deloitte, Accenture).
  • Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with OneStream in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project leadership skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
