Job description
- Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to scope, manage and deliver successful implementations of Cloud AI solutions, be a trusted advisor to decision makers throughout the engagement.
- Design solutions and manage the development and deployment of cloud based machine learning solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
- Work with internal specialists, Product, and Development teams to package approaches, best practices, and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
- Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks and issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes.
- Travel 15% of the time for client engagements.

Requirements
Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience delivering technical solutions, product management, or similar.
- Experience in one or more discipline areas such as training custom AI/ML models, building agentic solutions, or MLOperations..
- Experience with technical client service (e.g. consulting)., * Experience in systems design.
- Experience in statistical programming language like R or Python and applied machine learning techniques (e.g., dimensionality reduction strategies, classification, and natural language processing frameworks).
- Experience designing and deploying agents, including building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, leveraging vector search, and technologies such as Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for multi-agent collaboration and dynamic tool integration.
- Ability to explain model architectures, data analysis, feature engineering, and agent design patterns.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

- Holidays: 13 paid days per year, The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
