Application Developer

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software applications that will revolutionize our operational processes. This is a permanent position requiring a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field., 1. Develop and implement new software applications, aligning them with the company's strategic initiatives and standards.

2. Utilize Power BI to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to support business operations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that will enhance our manufacturing processes.
4. Perform detailed analysis of business processes and requirements to come up with solutions to operational problems.
5. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
6. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize the functionality of the applications.
7. Maintain the quality and integrity of the software applications through testing, coding, debugging, and documentation.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure applications remain current.
9. Train and support users to maximize the value of the technology implemented.
10. Participate in peer reviews and team meetings, contributing positively to the team dynamics and overall project success.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Application Developer or similar role.
3. Proficient with Power BI or equivalent, including the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
4. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Experience in manufacturing industry software solutions is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent collaborative skills.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for complex challenges.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. In-depth understanding of coding languages and databases.
10. Proven ability to manage a complex project with minimal supervision.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
