Application Support Analyst

Compensation

• $80,000 - $90,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide technical support for business-critical applications and assist users via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and system outages.
• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise and engineering software platforms.
• Support device management and cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Intune and Azure.
• Manage application health checks, system performance monitoring, and configuration improvements.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates, integrations, and workflow improvements.

• Experience supporting engineering applications such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor, PLS-CADD, FAD Tools, or ArcGIS.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as JD Edwards, Concur, or Kronos.
• Experience managing devices and users through Microsoft Intune.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines and storage.
• Ability to write SQL queries and support application data troubleshooting.
