SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are executed successfully, meeting business goals, timelines, and budget expectations. This role demands strong leadership, governance expertise, and hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology., Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Own and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure project delivery adheres to SAP Activate, SDLC, and internal governance standards.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Provide clear and consistent communication, status reporting, and escalation management.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure expectations are properly managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Governance & Methodology

• Apply strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies as per project needs.
• Conduct project reviews, phase gate approvals, and compliance checks.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
• Proven track record in SAP implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
