Job description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive industry marketing strategies to support business objectives in the K-12 education industry
  • Deliver thought leadership through regular cadence of content such as webinars, case studies, collateral, social media programs, videos, and event plans, that demonstrate the value of ArcGIS
  • Synchronize and integrate marketing and sales plans into annual global business development plans to coordinate resourcing and execution
  • Research, analyze, and monitor relevant industry, technological, and financial trends to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Serve as the industry expert and advocate with other departments, teams, and groups
  • Support strategic business opportunities as a subject matter expert and work with account managers to drive adoption in key accounts

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience at key education organizations with demonstrated geospatial innovation and advanced use of software technology
  • Executive leadership experience with the ability to strategize, inspire, and achieve goals
  • Strong experience working in multi-discipline teams with proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence business and technical audiences
  • Widely known, respected, and influential in your industry
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing purpose and tactics
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Bachelor's degree in geography, education, business, or similar field

Recommended Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in geography, education, business, or similar field
  • Understanding of Esri software

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $108,160 - $180,960 USD
