Job description
- Develop and execute comprehensive industry marketing strategies to support business objectives in the K-12 education industry
- Deliver thought leadership through regular cadence of content such as webinars, case studies, collateral, social media programs, videos, and event plans, that demonstrate the value of ArcGIS
- Synchronize and integrate marketing and sales plans into annual global business development plans to coordinate resourcing and execution
- Research, analyze, and monitor relevant industry, technological, and financial trends to capitalize on market opportunities
- Serve as the industry expert and advocate with other departments, teams, and groups
- Support strategic business opportunities as a subject matter expert and work with account managers to drive adoption in key accounts
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience at key education organizations with demonstrated geospatial innovation and advanced use of software technology
- Executive leadership experience with the ability to strategize, inspire, and achieve goals
- Strong experience working in multi-discipline teams with proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence business and technical audiences
- Widely known, respected, and influential in your industry
- Demonstrated excellence in written and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing purpose and tactics
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Bachelor's degree in geography, education, business, or similar field
Recommended Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in geography, education, business, or similar field
- Understanding of Esri software
