JD Must-Have Technical Skills Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8+) Hands-on development with Spring / Spring Boot Experience building RESTful APIs & Microservices Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch) Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab) Understanding of cloud-native and distributed systems Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
Good-to-Have Skills Docker & Kubernetes exposure Messaging systems (Kafka, SQS, SNS) NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB) Experience in banking or financial services domain Security best practices (OAuth, JWT, IAM roles)
Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based backend applications Build and deploy microservices on AWS Develop and consume REST APIs Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and QA teams for smooth deployments Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning Ensure application scalability, security, and reliability Support production issues and contribute to continuous improvement Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
