Job description

Architect and evolve React-based enterprise applications using modern patterns (Next.js, Micro-frontends, Zustand/Redux).

  • Lead CI/CD initiatives, automation-first testing (Jest, Cypress), and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI-driven capabilities and maintain design systems.

  • Ensure high standards for accessibility (WCAG 2.1), security (Auth0/Azure AD), and global edge delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal capacity.

  • Expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and state management.

  • Proven track record with enterprise-scale web applications and agile, distributed teams.

  • Familiarity with Generative AI integration and observability platforms (Datadog/Grafana) is a plus.
