Job description
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a central role in building and scaling applications that power pricing, scheduling, payments, and healthcare system integrations. Engineers are expected to think beyond implementation-contributing to product thinking, operational workflows, and system design.
You will collaborate directly with clinicians and operations teams to understand real-world healthcare workflows and design practical, scalable solutions., * Build and maintain full-stack features across pricing engines, appointment booking, and payments systems
- Design and implement integrations with EHR systems, insurance platforms, and laboratory providers
- Write SQL queries to support analytics and business decision-making
- Draft clear product requirement documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Own quality assurance and end-to-end feature delivery
- Partner with clinical and operations teams to shadow workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Solve ambiguous technical challenges in a fast-paced startup environment, * Can you describe a recent project where you owned features across the stack (frontend, backend, database, and deployment)? What specific parts did you personally design and implement?

Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future., * 2+ years of experience as a full-stack or frontend software engineer
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Proficiency in at least one modern tech stack
- Experience working across the stack, or strong frontend experience with interest in broader system ownership
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical tradeoffs
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Authorized to work in the United States, * Experience integrating with third-party APIs or complex external systems
- Familiarity with healthcare systems (EHR, insurance, labs) is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated initiative through side projects, startups, or product-driven work
