Supervisor, Tech Infrastructure

• Oversee daily support and maintenance of virtualization platforms and Cisco UCS compute environments.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, patching, and hardware/software lifecycle activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalate when necessary.

Automation & Process Execution

• Supervise day-to-day execution and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code workflows (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Ensure automation processes for provisioning and configuration run accurately and consistently.
• Support operational integration of automation workflows with ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Operational Support

• Oversee updates and day-to-day administration of ServiceNow modules used by infrastructure teams.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of ServiceNow workflow or integration issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation for ServiceNow processes and infrastructure requests.

• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) practices.
• Demonstrated experience supervising technical teams or leading day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
