Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and React, along with a passion for creating scalable and efficient web applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality digital solutions., Design and develop web applications using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Create responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React, ensuring seamless user experiences. Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security. Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure long-term usability. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including debugging and upgrading existing systems. Utilize relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB for data management. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection protocols. Collaborate with team members to integrate APIs and other third-party services. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and incorporate them into projects as needed. Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Python and React JS, with a proven track record of developing web applications. Hands-on experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Solid understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with WordPress development and ASP.NET is a plus. Experience using version control systems like Git. Strong knowledge of database design and management, including relational and NoSQL databases. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
