Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will support 2 US-based Agile scrum squads, ramping to 3, serving as the primary facilitator and servant leader while ensuring consistent delivery and continuous improvement. This role is 85% Scrum Master and 15% Project Management, balancing team enablement with light coordination, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication. The Scrum Master will lead all Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams using Scrum and Kanban frameworks, with a focus on preparing for a future pivot to SAFe. Advanced expertise in Jira and Confluence is required to manage boards, metrics, and documentation effectively. The role partners closely with Product Owners and Engineering to support backlog readiness, sprint execution, and predictable delivery. The ideal candidate is energized, assertive, and attentive, able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with minimal oversight.

5+ years of a scrum master Experience managing multiple scrum teams Technical knowledge - Software Development Must have experience managing 3 squads consecutively
