The Senior Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Specialist will play a pivotal role within the Workplace Technology team, driving the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform across the organization. This position is ideal for a technically proficient, collaborative professional who excels at partnering with global business teams to identify opportunities, configure solutions, and champion AI-enhanced productivity tools within Microsoft 365.
The focus of this role is on enablement, governance, and continuous improvement - translating business needs into practical M365 solutions that enhance how teams work., * Serve as the SME for Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, acting as the go-to resource for best practices, capabilities, and solution guidance across the organization
- Lead Copilot adoption initiatives, including readiness assessments, use case identification, and phased rollout planning across global business teams
- Configure and deploy AI-enhanced workflow automation and Copilot solutions leveraging Power Platform's low-code/no-code capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, security, product management, and delivery teams to identify opportunities and align M365 solutions to business needs
- Lead training sessions, technology demonstrations, and discussions to diverse audiences, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing engagement with new tools and features
- Maintain governance standards, including documentation of configurations, policies, and best practices in alignment with enterprise security and compliance requirements
- Support Power Platform governance through the Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, managing environments, connectors, and access controls
- Monitor and evaluate Copilot and Power Platform usage, providing insights and recommendations to optimize adoption and business impact
- Provide escalation support for critical M365 issues as needed, partnering with relevant technology teams to drive resolution
- Stay current on the Microsoft 365 roadmap, proactively identifying new features and capabilities relevant to the business
Requirements
Microsoft 365 & Copilot Expertise
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing M365 environments in a global enterprise setting
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot Studio for prompt configuration and agent setup
- Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) with a focus on low-code/no-code solution delivery
- Deep familiarity with Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
Governance & Enablement
- Experience with Power Platform governance frameworks and the Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit
- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory in the context of M365 administration and governance
- Proven ability to conduct business needs assessments and translate requirements into practical M365 solutions
- Experience supporting technology adoption and change management initiatives in large, complex organizations
Problem-Solving & Analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for M365-related issues
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives forward
- High-level understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including server, network, and application environments
Communication & Collaboration
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead training and enablement programs for large, diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across global, cross-functional teams
Additional Requirements
- Prior experience in a global enterprise financial services organization is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements as they relate to M365 and Copilot deployments
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Viva suite (Viva Insights, Viva Learning, Viva Connections)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance
- Background in organizational change management or formal adoption frameworks (e.g., Prosci)
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, PL-200, PL-600, or MS-600

Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
