Major Duties :* Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT systems architecture.
- Acts as a resource for direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors project schedules and costs.
- Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
- Handles the most complex IT architecture projects involving multiple disciplines or ambiguous IT architecture issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Team management?, Knowledge :* Specialized knowledge of systems architecture, excellent consultative skills, strong analytical ability and ability to work effectively with clients and IT management and staff.
- Strong analytical skills are needed to analyze and evaluate technical information and coordinate projects.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
Experience :* Typically required ten years of experience.
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

- Caregiver leave, Salary Range: $137,400 - 240,400 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
