Job description

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with MDM specialization to support enterprise-scale data management initiatives for high-profile clients. In this role, you will design, develop, and scale AI-enabled and data-driven solutions using IBM InfoSphere MDM, Product Mastering Extension (PME), and IBM Stewardship Center (BAW). You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-availability data solutions in an Agile environment., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise MDM solutions using IBM InfoSphere MDM and PME

  • Configure and enhance IBM Stewardship Center (IBM BAW) workflows to support data governance and stewardship
  • Develop Java-based extensions and integrations for MDM platforms
  • Implement scalable data integration and orchestration using IBM Integration Server Enterprise (ISE) and Advanced Workflows (AW)
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs in partnership with stakeholders
  • Build and support distributed systems ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning, reviews, and showcases

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software or data engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM, IBM PME, and IBM Stewardship Center (BAW)
  • Strong Java development skills
  • Experience with IBM ISE and Advanced Workflows
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and design patterns
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
