Systems Analyst

Role Description: The Senior Systems Analyst must have 5+ years of experience.

Expertise You Have:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions

• Experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to sophisticated software systems

• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general

• Strong understanding and experience with relational database schemas and SQL management tools

• Proven experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs

• Deep knowledge of scrum tools ? Jira experience desirable

• Good knowledge of Behavior Driven Development ? Gherkin/Cucumber

• Reverse engineer code to understand business logic and develop prototypes?Excel Macros/Java/Angular

• Have good understanding of solution architecture

• Experience building Open API contracts

• Prod incidents analysis including Splunk queries, build dashboards/alerts

Skills Needed:

• Preferred knowledge of Angular TS/Java Spring boot

• Strong SQL is a must

• Strong ability to create data flow diagram from scratch

• Strong ability to interpret and even reverse engineer the existing business logic

• Strong understanding of APIs, contracts, and documentation

• Ability to interpret architect?s design

• Needs to have high level of understanding of AWS architecture - needs to be able to explain core services

• Log and monitoring for failure analysis and prod issue troubleshooting

Education: Bachelor?s degree
