(*in collaboration with AbbVie) About the Role: Responsible for design, build, administration and support of the enterprise connectivity solutions, focusing on Cisco-based technologies including Software-Defined Access (SDA), SD-WAN, and wireless campus fabrics. _ Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Play a key role in enterprise connectivity solution projects, including installation and maintenance of Cisco switches, access points, and related technologies; collaborate with third parties to manage timelines, budgets, and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide ongoing technical support for secure enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and Wireless networks.
- Administer and manage Cisco SDA, SD-WAN, and Wireless campus fabrics, including configuration, monitoring, and optimization.
- Apply and maintain the latest security updates to Cisco network devices (switches, routers, access points etc.).
- Design, build and track operational performance and network utilization metrics.
- Play an active role in continuously identifying opportunities to keep technical debt minimal through standardization and automation.
- Proactively evaluate new network connectivity technologies and design scalable Cisco-based solutions.
- Partner with enterprise technology engineering team members to assess and resolve company-wide network issues in a multi-cloud hybrid technology implementation.
- Ensure all network systems remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Support and maintain network backups, disaster recovery processes, and replication of configurations; includes data migration, testing, and documentation of procedures.
- Support audit and compliance efforts (patch governance, documentation, controls).
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead root cause analysis for major incidents.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Virtual Private Clouds?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * BS/BA in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, training, or certifications and 4+ years of related experience in network administration or engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience managing Cisco SDA, SD-WAN, and Wireless campus fabrics preferred; entry-level candidates with strong potential to grow encouraged to apply. CCNA certification preferred or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months.

- Strong understanding of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, UDP, VPN, VLAN.
- Experience in implementing security controls for identity management with Single Sign-On, Multi-factor Authentication, and Lifecycle Management (provisioning).
- Strong working knowledge of Cisco technologies, including SDA, SD-WAN, and Wireless campus fabrics.
- CCNP-enterprise and security certifications with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
- Proficient in Cisco networking tools and platforms; experience with Cisco DNA Center, Viptela (or similar SD-WAN solutions), and Wireless controllers preferred.
- Strong understanding of network security practices to mitigate threats like phishing, ransomware, and unauthorized access.
- Experience in implementation of routing and routed protocols; and skilled in LISP, ISIS, BGP, and VRF.
- Excellent understanding of AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) and Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine).
- Prior experience with implementation of network observability tools like ThousandEyes or other similar performance monitoring tools
- Deep expertise in Cisco Catalyst (9K series) switching
- Strong Layer 2/Layer 3 design (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP)
- Design and operation of SDA multi-fabric architecture
- Experience in implementing policy-based segmentation (SGTs, VXLAN)
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), fabric edge, border, control plane node deployment
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) including VPC/VNet design, routing, peering, VPN, and hybrid connectivity.
- Expertise in cloud-native network security and traffic management (firewalls, WAF, load balancers, DNS, Zero Trust)., _

- Paid holidays, The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $103,300.00-$141,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
