EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Transformation and Systems who will provide enterprise leadership for Finance processes, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities, including process governance, ERP and finance system value realization, operational reporting, finance data management, and financial system-related aspects of M&A integration. This role serves as thebusiness product ownerfor core finance platforms, ensuring systems, data, and processes work together to deliver accurate reporting, strong controls, and scalable operations.
The role partners closely with business stakeholders, including Finance leadership, executive leadership, and service-line leadership.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
- Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and execute the Finance transformation and systems roadmap, including process optimization, finance platforms, data governance, and M&A integration.
- Drive sustained value realization from ERP and finance systems through disciplined product ownership, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and standardize finance operating models, policies, and best practices across processes, reporting, data, and systems.
- People & Organizational Leadership
- Directly manage, mentor and develop a team of senior finance leaders.
- Set clear priorities, performance expectations, and delivery outcomes across teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Foster cross-collaboration across Finance, ETI, and business units for both on-shore and right-shore teams.
- Product Ownership - Finance Systems Portfolio
- Serve as business product owner for the finance systems ecosystem (e.g., SAP S/4, SAC, Datasphere, HighRadius, Concur, Replicon, Power BI, Workforce Adaptive Planning).
- Define product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization in alignment with Finance and business strategy.
- Partner with business users and ETI to define requirements, manage backlogs, and oversee solution designs and release cycles.
- Ensure seamless integrations across finance platforms, data models, and reporting tools.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing decisions, and product performance to optimize ROI.
- Finance Process Governance & Controls
- Oversee end-to-end finance process governance to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance across finance processes and systems.
- Function as senior escalation point for complex system, data, and process-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance systems, or related roles.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within a professional services environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP platforms, particularly SAP S/4HANA, with strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, BTP) and related finance technologies (e.g., Power BI, Concur, HighRadius, Workforce Adaptive Planning), along with demonstrated experience in finance systems product ownership.
- Deep understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C), financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business functions.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- MBA, CPA or other relevant advanced degree or professional certification.
- Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, integrations, or M&A-related finance system initiatives, preferably within high-growth or private equity-backed environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/product management methodologies and global delivery models.
- Exposure to multi-entity and global finance operations.
Benefits & conditions
For certain markets the expected salary range for this position is between $250,000 and $350,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
