Job description

Client is seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager (TPM) to design, build, and operationalize the end-to-end infrastructure for the Third-Party (3P) Partner Onboarding Program.

This is a builder role - you will not inherit an existing mature program. You will create scalable operating mechanisms from the ground up and systematically transfer ownership to cross-functional teams to ensure long-term sustainability., 1. Program Design & Build (Zero-to-One)

  • Design and implement a scalable Partner Engagement Operating Model (Tier 1-3 framework)
  • Define ownership boundaries, escalation paths, and governance mechanisms
  • Build tracking systems, dashboards, reporting templates, and documentation
  • Establish "transfer-ready" criteria for each workstream
  1. Technical Infrastructure & Enablement
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture and API Support to develop technical runbooks and integration guides
  • Define SLAs, support models, and escalation paths
  • Support CDP, CMP, and 3PAS partner integration frameworks
  • Coordinate consent management and compliance processes
  1. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Drive alignment across Strategic Business Development (SBD), Solutions Architecture (SA), Legal, Privacy, Partner Marketing, and Engineering
  • Manage executive-level status reporting and risk escalation
  • Coordinate partner communications workflows and approval processes
  • Own the program during build phase and ensure clean transition to steady-state owners
  1. Operate & Transfer
  • Run day-to-day program execution during initial launch
  • Ensure processes are durable and scalable
  • Successfully transition operational ownership to appropriate functional teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
  • Experience building programs from scratch and transferring ownership
  • Background in digital advertising, AdTech, or MarTech ecosystems
  • Strong systems thinking and process design capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams
  • Excellent written and executive communication skills, * Former Amazon experience (strongly preferred)
  • Experience within Amazon Ads or advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with CDP/CMP platforms and 3rd-party ad serving ecosystems
  • Knowledge of consent management and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
