TTH AI Software Engineers - AI/R&D

• B.Sc. in AI, computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
• Solid foundation in software engineering, programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts with proficiency in relevant frameworks and tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows, data modeling, visualization, and analysis.
• High motivation and passion for developing innovative AI solutions.
• Genuine eagerness to learn and effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and HPC is a plus.

As a participant in the AI Software Engineering TTH program, you will: * Engage in hands-on training and real-world projects in AI and GenAI technologies. * Gain exposure to modern AI frameworks, tools, and development best practices. * Collaborate with dynamic, cross-functional, and supportive teams that value creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth. * Develop prototypes and participate in technical evaluations, design, and code reviews. * Contribute to internal and client-facing projects with mentorship from industry experts. * Enhance critical thinking, informed decision making, and business driven development of innovative solutions
