Job description

Apply systems engineering principles across all lifecycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.

Interface with Government stakeholders on systems engineering considerations, addressing technical issues, risks, and conflicts.

Communicate effectively with program personnel, government oversight teams, and senior executives.

Ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work and deliverables.

Support one or more ISO/IEC 15288 process areas, including:

Technical Processes: Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal.

Project Processes: Project Planning, Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement.

Enterprise Processes: Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management.

Agreement Processes: Acquisition and Supply.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years of relevant systems engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience applying systems engineering principles across the full system lifecycle.
- Experience working with ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
- Proven ability to engage with Government stakeholders on technical considerations, issues, and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with program teams, oversight personnel, and senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure technical quality, integrity, and completeness of deliverables.
Benefits & conditions
USD $150,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
