Software Developer

In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance web applications while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical peers to translate requirements into effective and maintainable systems.

Must-have:

• 10+ years of experience in web development using C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API
• Strong SQL expertise including T-SQL, performance tuning, and experience with SQL Server Management Studio
• Experience with front-end technologies including Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Kendo UI)
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or Dapper
• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., App Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Functions)
• Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted ("vibe coding") development practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining full accountability for code quality, security, performance, and maintainability

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with .NET Core and client-side troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Blazor and application security best practices, The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:
• Intermediate: 6-9 years of experience - $85-$95/hr
• Senior: 10+ years of experience - $95-$105/hr
