Role Overview We are looking for a passionate AI Video Generation Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling our core text-to-video models, with a focus on dance and creative content generation. This role is remote-friendly and offers flexible hours aligned with EU timezones. Key Responsibilities - Design, train, and fine-tune generative AI models for video synthesis (focus on dance and motion sequences). - Optimize model inference speed and video quality for production deployment. - Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions. - Conduct research and experiments to improve video stability
