Job description
As a Sr DevOps Engineer in our Unified Cloud & Infrastructure Services team, you'll design, provision, and maintain cloud environments across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and OpenStack. You'll ensure these platforms are optimized for hosting mission-critical SAP applications while driving automation-first principles across infrastructure, CI/CD, and operations., * Build AI Agents to automate infrastructure provisioning, build observibility and reduce downtime.
- Architect and manage cloud account structures across IaaS providers, with deep expertise in at least one (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or OpenStack)
- Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Design and operate infrastructure within cloud
- Build portable, cloud-agnostic automation that scales globally and securely
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Crossplane, Helm, Kustomize, and Ansible
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Concourse
- Design resilient, self-healing Kubernetes clusters using Cluster API and GitOps reconciliation
- Automate deployment of databases and middleware (PostgreSQL, Redis, Vault, Kafka) using Helm and Operators
- Enforce GitOps-first workflows with policy-driven, versioned environments and continuous reconciliation
- Manage centralized secrets and rotation using HashiCorp Vault and External Secrets Operator
- Monitor and enhance performance, availability, and security of cloud and SAP environments
- Document and standardize operational processes across platforms
- Debug across layers-infra, APIs, containers, and workloads
- Mentor peers and foster a culture of ownership, iteration, and continuous improvement, * Work on large-scale, multi-cloud architectures supporting enterprise SAP workloads
- Lead automation and CI/CD innovation across IaaS providers and private cloud platforms

Requirements
Are you a pragmatic problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments? Passionate about automation, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale SAP workloads? Join our Unified Cloud & Infrastructure Services team-a strategic engineering group delivering secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions across hyperscaler platforms., * 8+ years in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles
- Working knowledge of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform); familiarity with others including OpenStack
- Working knowledge of AI, Agents, LLM integration
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience and GitOps workflows
- Proficiency in Terraform, Crossplane, Helm, Kustomize, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes
- Programming experience in Python, Go, or similar languages, with the ability to build automation tools and contribute to platform services
- Experience with Kubernetes lifecycle automation and custom controllers
- Solid Linux administration, networking, and distributed systems fundamentals
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK)
