Sr Software Engineer

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience
• Hands-on expertise with .NET Framework, .NET 8 or greater, and Web API development using C#
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as ASP.NET Core (.NET 8/9), Razor Pages, Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong database experience with MS SQL Server or similar relational databases
• Cloud platform experience, with a preference for Azure, and familiarity with AWS or GCP
• Deep understanding of system architecture and API design
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software development practices
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with user experience and UI design
• Familiarity with large-scale web applications and mobile development
• Containerization skills using Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Azure Integration Services
• Experience with Behavioral Health EHR integrations, particularly Netsmart
• HIPAA compliance and electronic billing experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience with cloud-native development in Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Track record of working on high-impact, large-scale web applications and integrations
