Requirements

Proficient in J2EE technologies, including JDBC, JSP, and XML.
Experienced in designing, developing, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs such as Eclipse, NetBeans, and IntelliJ.
Hands-on experience with J2EE frameworks like Spring and Struts, along with application servers including Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic.
Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries for relational databases.
Experience in messaging technologies such as MQ, JMS, and Kafka.
Skilled in system analysis and design for multi-tier transactional systems.
Experience working with government organizations, covering business analysis, technical design, development, maintenance, and end-user support for complex systems.
