Software Engineer 3 (SQL Developer)

We are seeking a mid-level SQL-focused Software Engineer (Level 3) to support a data platform serving multiple domains including:

• Corporate Properties
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Corporate Security

This is an urgent, high-priority role requiring a true SQL Developer with strong coding depth, not a cloud-heavy data engineer. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced Agile environment. • This is NOT a GCP/Data Engineer role it is primarily a SQL Developer position

• Candidates must have strong, hands-on SQL coding expertise

• Profiles heavily focused on ETL, Databricks, or Cloud (Data Engineer) will be rejected

• Must demonstrate ability to handle:

• Complex SQL queries

• Performance optimization

• Scalability scenarios

• Glider / HackerRank / Similar SQL Assessment is REQUIRED before submission

• Must be eligible to convert to full-time without sponsorship

• Banking / Financial Services background is REQUIRED, The role involves building data pipelines to move data from upstream systems to downstream consumers, with a strong emphasis on SQL development and data persistence. Top Required Skills

• 6+ years of strong SQL development experience (MANDATORY)

• Hands-on experience writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures

• Strong focus on SQL performance tuning & optimization

• Experience with Python

Strong Plus Skills

• 1 2 years of Cloud experience (preferably Google Cloud Platform - GCP)

Nice to Have

• Agile/Scrum experience
• Proactive, self-driven individual
• Ability to quickly learn and take ownership with minimal supervision
