Senior Application Developer | Hybrid

We are seeking a versatile Senior Application Developer to join our integration team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can navigate between modern API development (MuleSoft) and supporting/transitioning legacy integration platforms (IIB/ACE/XMLG). This role requires a "team-first" mentality and a willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and infrastructure projects. Technical Must-Haves

• MuleSoft Developer Experience: Strong expertise in designing, developing, and managing APIs.
• Integration Specialist (IIB/ACE): Proven experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
• Java Development: Proficiency in Java for custom integration logic and backend services.
• DevOps Mastery: Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipeline deployments via GitLab or similar tools.
• Versatility: Ability and willingness to support XMLG (XML Gateway) as part of a strategic transition plan.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Infrastructure or Architectural design experience.
• Scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
• Cloud concepts and relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Hybrid Environment: Candidates must be local to Greensboro, Charlotte, or Fort Wayne (commuting required).
