- Serve as the primary point of contact for Board members, homeowners, and vendors
- Prepare and present board meeting materials, attend meetings, and provide ongoing updates
- Review monthly financial reports, budgets, and support financial planning efforts
- Monitor delinquencies, collections, and overall financial health of the community
- Coordinate vendor services, contracts, and performance management
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and ensure compliance with association policies
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance standards are upheld
- Support architectural review processes and community improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and service delivery, * Well-managed communities with strong financial oversight and organization
- Clear, consistent communication with boards, residents, and vendors

Requirements
- Strong financial acumen with understanding of basic accounting functions (budgets, reports, AP processes)
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with boards, homeowners, and vendors
