Job description

This is a great opportunity to step into a visible, impactful role where you'll work closely with homeowners, board members, and internal teams to ensure a well-run, thriving community., * Oversee daily operations and administration of assigned community associations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Board members, homeowners, and vendors
  • Prepare and present board meeting materials, attend meetings, and provide ongoing updates
  • Review monthly financial reports, budgets, and support financial planning efforts
  • Monitor delinquencies, collections, and overall financial health of the community
  • Coordinate vendor services, contracts, and performance management
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and ensure compliance with association policies
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance standards are upheld
  • Support architectural review processes and community improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and service delivery, * Well-managed communities with strong financial oversight and organization
  • Clear, consistent communication with boards, residents, and vendors
  • Accurate, timely reporting and documentation
  • Strong vendor performance and maintained community standards

Requirements

  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of basic accounting functions (budgets, reports, AP processes)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with boards, homeowners, and vendors
