Finance Manager, Places Finance Solutions

As a Places Finance Solutions manager, you will play a pivotal role in the program management of new systems, working cross-functionally with key partners in Finance, Places, IS&T, Procurement, and business teams to drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing large technical projects that interweave multiple functional teams and/or multiple systems. You must be self-motivated, comfortable working with minimal direction in a global, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment., The value you bring to our team is your capacity to understand existing processes, design and implement innovative solutions, and effectively prioritize enhancement activities. The candidate would have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Collaboration is critical., * 5+ years of professional finance or accounting experience

• 2+ years of managerial experience
• BS/BA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (MBA and/or CPA is a plus).
• Natural leader and motivator with the ability to lead, influence without authority, and the technical acumen to effectively strategize on solutions.
• Exceptional keynote and presentation skills.
• Excels at synthesizing information and adapting messaging to various audiences across functions and levels.
• A keen attention to detail to proactively identify and address risks, gaps, or communication breakdowns.
• Success requires an individual to think strategically and drive the bigger picture, while simultaneously being in the details of all key deliverables., * PMI/PMP or other project certifications (i.e. Agile, Six Sigma).
• Direct experience and knowledge of AI tools
• Outstanding decision-making skills, with an ability to make informed decisions in highly ambiguous environments.
• Self-starter that takes initiative with an entrepreneurial spirit, as part of a team.
