Job description
CTG is seeking a Project Manager II - Agile Champion to support our client's Engineering teams by driving Agile best practices and enabling high-performing delivery within a scaled Agile environment. This role focuses on coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery across Program Increments (PI)., * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team events to support incremental and iterative delivery.
- Drive the Engineering team's contribution during Program Increments (PI) through coaching and facilitation.
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, backlog readiness, and writing effective user stories.
- Support Agile Release Train (ART) coordination and collaboration with Release Train Engineers (RTE).
- Identify, track, and resolve impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
- Monitor delivery metrics and continuously improve team performance and maturity.
- Promote Agile mindset, Lean-Agile principles, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC standards and maintain accurate data within Agile management tools.
- Influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority to drive Agile adoption and delivery success.

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational change management skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
