Job description
- Security Documentation Support
- Advise the government on security documentation and coordination with intelligence, DoD, and security agency staffs.
- Assist with intelligence facility accreditation, program access approvals, and contractor security program plan reviews.
- Business Operations and Administrative Support
- Provide executive-level administrative, office, personnel, and human resources management support.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, manage schedules, coordinate travel, arrange meetings, and perform clerical duties.
- Task and Document Management
- Analyze, track, and resolve internal and external task requests, including Task Management Tool (TMT) tasks.
- Review performance reports and ensure compliance with Space Systems Command, Space Force, Air Force, and DoD policies.
- Facilitate coordination with acquisition organizations and monitor front office tasks.
- Database Management
- Develop, maintain, and transition functional databases to meet mission requirements.
- Plan and execute the transition of legacy software/databases into standardized systems upon approval.
- Civilian Personnel and Recordkeeping Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for civilian human resources management.
- Assist with identifying vacant positions, processing personnel requisitions, security waivers, and manpower change requests.
- Support special civilian manpower requests (e.g., Reimbursable, Superior Qualification Packages, By-Name-Requests).
- Meeting and Review Administration
- Schedule and manage security controls for meetings using Microsoft Calendar.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, including key attendees, action items, and mission effectiveness summaries.
- Awards and Recognition Processing
- Assist with submission and processing of military and civilian awards, including tracking deadlines and preparing packages.
- Monitor award approvals, coordinate plaques, update recognition boards, and support awards board voting processes.
- Schedule Management
- Develop and maintain schedules using Microsoft Suite applications (e.g., Microsoft Project)., This position does not supervise the work of others.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in DoD and IC security processes and procedures
- Expert in classified systems data handling and operational level support
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite applications, including Microsoft Project
- Prior experience with senior level operations, coordination, and communications, Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.
Benefits & conditions
BTAS adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
SALARY RANGE: $52,000 - $162,000 Annual Salary
