Job description
The AI Specialist will be a key contributor in TCS Interactive's DX Practice, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, marketing technology, and digital transformation initiatives. This role demands strong technical expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI, combined with a deep understanding of digital experience platforms and enterprise ecosystems. Solution Development:

Design and implement AI-powered solutions for personalization, automation, and customer engagement across marketing, commerce, and service channels.

Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and conversational AI.
Innovation & Experimentation:
-
Drive PoC and MVP-led experimentation for AI use cases in DX, leveraging frameworks

Collaborate with design studios and engineering teams for rapid prototyping and creative AI engineering.
Integration & Deployment:
-
Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, CDP, and marketing automation tools.

Ensure compliance with Responsible AI frameworks, geo-specific regulations, and data privacy standards.
Collaboration & Advisory:

Work closely with DX Advisors, Experience Designers, and Martech SMEs to align AI solutions with client objectives.

Participate in client workshops and strategic discussions to position AI capabilities effectively.
Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Demonstrated experience of architecting and deploying AI powered solutions in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce projects. Must have experience in below key areas-
- Customer Experience & Personalization - Personalized Content & Product Recommendations, Virtual Try-Ons & Styling AI assistants, Conversational commerce AI agents, Visual, Voice & multimodal AI powered search agents
- Marketing & Content Generation - AI powered content creation & content supply chain that's optimized for SEO, AEO & GEO, Creative Adaptations agents, Customer segmentation & Audience Strategy Agent, Personalized Email, SMS, Social, etc. campaign automation agents, Compliance, Privacy & Preference management agents etc.
- Ecommerce strategy & operations - Agentic commerce solutions, Dynamic pricing agents, Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management agents, Fraud prevention agents etc. Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks LangGraph, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Generative AI multimodal models, and NLP techniques, Adobe and Salesforce suite of products

Demonstrated experience of implementing advance AI native solutions leveraging techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), CoT (Chain-of-Thought) ReAct (Reasoning + Acting), DSPy (Declarative Structured Prompting), Knowledge Graphs, etc.

Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) and relevant cloud native AI stacks

Strong experience in architecting and designing Enterprise grade systems

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with evolving protocols MCP, UCP, A2A, APIs for integration etc.
Domain Knowledge:

Understanding of digital experience platforms, marketing technology stacks (Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, etc.), and data ecosystems.

Exposure to personalization engines, recommendation systems, and conversational AI., * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
