The Kenjya-Trusant Group is looking for an Operational Language Analyst (OLA), Level 1-4 to support our customer in Draper, UT. Currently accepting Level 2-4., * Provide scanning, translating, transcribing and analysis of foreign language materials.
- Report drafting and quality review.
- Read text material in the source language both in the native language script as well as in transliterated script.
- Scan foreign language material and assigning disposition codes in accordance with established guidance.
- Transcribe spoken language in the native language script or a transliteration system.
- Translate spoken language or graphic material into modern American English in either full or gisted format.
- Draft SIGINT reports.
- Create candidate database entries for Government-maintained language dictionaries and language-related target folders, electronic workspace tools, and profiles.
- Document information gleaned from intercept regarding target, and provision of input regarding collection.
- Perform preliminary quality review of gisted and translated material.
Requirements
- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
- Must have SIGINT, crypto language and gisting experience.
OLA 1
- 2 yrs full-time experience.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from other countries.
- ILR Skill Level 2 in Audio or Graphic.
- 2 yrs performing crypto language processing - scanning, recovering EEIs, gisting, translating/transcribing, compiling working aids and databases.
- 1 yr of the 2 primary duty: translating, transcribing, and gisting.
OLA 2
- 4 yrs full-time experience or 6 without AA degree.
- Associate's degree or 2 additional yrs of work experience.
- ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic.
- 4 years performing crypto language processing - translating/gisting sophisticated written and/or spoken materials and demonstrating all lower OLA skills.
- 2 of the 4 yrs primary duty: translating, transcribing, and/or gisting.
- No more than 1 of 4 yrs reporting as primary duty.
- 2 of 4 yrs experience must be within 4 yrs of resume submission.
OLA 3
- 10 yrs full-time experience or 14 without BS/BA degree.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 additional yrs of work experience.
- ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic.
- 10 yrs in crypto language processing, related language, and/or crypto experience - QC'ing, mentoring, and demonstrating all lower OLA skills.
- 6 of 10 yrs in crypto language processing.
- 6 of 10 yrs in must be in the required language(s).
- 4 of 6 yrs performing crypto language processing.
- 3 of 6 yrs simply translating, transcribing, and gisting.
- 1 yr experience QC'ing at ILR level 3 in target language.
- No more than 3 of 10 yrs reporting as primary duty.
- 1 of 6 yrs in target language must be within 6 yrs of resume submission.
OLA 4
- Fifteen (15) years full-time experience or 19 without a BS/BA degree.
- Bachelor's degree, or four (4) additional years of work experience.
- ILR Skill Level 3 in BOTH Audio and Graphic.
- 15 yrs in crypto language processing, related language, and/or crypto experience - demonstrating all lower OLA skills
- 8 of 15 yrs in crypto language processing.
- · 8 of 15 yrs in must be in the required language(s)
- 6 of 8 yrs performing crypto language processing.
- 5 of 8 yrs simply translating, transcribing, and gisting.
- 3 yrs experience QC'ing BOTH Audio and Graphic at ILR level 3 in target language.
- No more than 7 of 15 yrs reporting as primary duty.
- 1 of 8 yrs in target language must be within 6 yrs of resume submission.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
Level 1 - $78,000 - $112,000.
Level 2 - $115,000 - $142,000.
Level 3 - $145,000 - $175,000.
Level 4 - $210,000 - $235,000.
