• Leading a team of developers with clear technical direction and mentorship.

• Designing and maintaining core software components in .NET and SQL.

• Experience communicating across both business and technical teams with clarity.Extensive experience working in .Net, SQL, CSS, and HTML.
• Ability to mentor developers and promote strong team dynamics.
• Comfortable working onsite in a high-collaboration environment.
• Exposure to or interest in React as the team evolves toward new tech stacks.

Compensation: $120 - 125K, depending on experience

ITAC is helping a great organization in Birmingham, AL as they search for a Lead Software Developer to oversee the software design process for products they are developing. In this position, you will develop and test software to ensure it meets the needs of our clients, performing code reviews and providing feedback to junior developers and engineers.
