The Vice President of Information Technology, serves as the senior technology leader responsible for shaping the organization's technology vision, driving digital transformation, and ensuring that IT systems, infrastructure, and services effectively support business goals. This executive oversees all aspects of IT strategy, operations, security, and innovation while leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that enhance performance, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including modernization of systems, cloud adoption, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of reliable, secure, and scalable IT systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability of critical business systems and robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for IT services and operations.
• Direct the organization's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring protection of data, systems, and networks.
• Implement governance frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams across infrastructure, applications, security, and support functions.
• Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer service.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to support organizational priorities.
• Oversee relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants.
• Negotiate contracts and evaluate solutions to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate technology plans, progress, and challenges to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Implement best practices for project governance, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of technology initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10-15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including management of large teams and complex environments.
• Proven success in strategic planning, digital transformation, and enterprise-level technology management.
