E-Commerce & IT Operations Specialist (Fort Lauderdale)

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms including Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, WooCommerce, and company websites (Google-based).
• Create, edit, and optimize product listings with accurate pricing, descriptions, and compliance details.
• Handle day-to-day seller account tasks - order processing, returns, customer messages, and account health monitoring.
• Analyze pricing, inventory, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist with IT-related tasks, integrations, and troubleshooting (API setups, feed management, or automation tools like ShipStation, SellerCloud, or Finale).
• Coordinate with management on promotions, new listings, and product strategy.

Do you have experience in Website management?, * Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.

• Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Portal required.
• Experience with BigCommerce or Shopify preferred.
• Strong IT/tech skills - ability to work with CSVs, product feeds, and integrations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
