Job description

  • Ability to install Network operating system and perform simple operating system upgrades (not requiring any data or application movement/migration).
  • Basic operating system troubleshooting
  • Standard network/local printing and print queue installation and management.
  • General network Administration (adding users, groups, shares, printers).
  • Server hardware configuration.
  • Rack device installations and cable management.
  • SCSI attached storage subsystems.
  • Implementation of Patch process for individual NOS.
  • Non configurable/non manageable switch installations.
  • Stand-alone Tape drive installations.
  • Approved server based (non-enterprise) tape backup software installation and configuration
  • General server diagramming and documentation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Certifications - A+, MCSP, CAN, CCNA, CLA or equivalent experience
