Job description
- Ability to install Network operating system and perform simple operating system upgrades (not requiring any data or application movement/migration).
- Basic operating system troubleshooting
- Standard network/local printing and print queue installation and management.
- General network Administration (adding users, groups, shares, printers).
- Server hardware configuration.
- Rack device installations and cable management.
- SCSI attached storage subsystems.
- Implementation of Patch process for individual NOS.
- Non configurable/non manageable switch installations.
- Stand-alone Tape drive installations.
- Approved server based (non-enterprise) tape backup software installation and configuration
- General server diagramming and documentation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Certifications - A+, MCSP, CAN, CCNA, CLA or equivalent experience
