Sr Data Analyst

You'llplay a key role in transforming how BECU understands and connects with its members through data. By partnering closely with Marketing leaders,you'llturn complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy and drive results. Your work will help ensure the right message reaches the right audience-improving engagement across products like credit cards, auto loans, mortgages, and more.You'llbuildtheanalytical foundation that allows teams to measure success and continuously improve. In doing so,you'lldirectly influence how we serve and support our members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Campaign Analytics & Insights:You'lllead analysis of marketing campaigns, helping teams understand performance, audience engagement, and opportunities to improve results across lending and deposit products.

Data Exploration & SQL Development:You'llwrite advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and usability for marketing decisions.

Dashboard Development:You'lldesign and build intuitive Tableau dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.

Data Storytelling & Communication:You'lltranslate complex datasets into compelling, easy-to-understand insights and present them to marketing partners and leadership.

Audience & Campaign Tracking:You'llhelp define and measure how campaigns reach and influence target audiences,identifyingtrends and actionable opportunities.

Cross-Functional Partnership:You'llcollaborate closely with Marketing leaders, including senior stakeholders, to align analytics with business goals and campaign strategy.

Process & Reporting Improvements:You'llidentifyways to improve data tracking, reporting consistency, and analytical efficiency across marketing initiatives.

Mentorship & Best Practices:You'llsupport and guide junior analysts while contributing to stronger analytics standards and knowledge sharing across the team.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g.,Finance,Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent experiencerequired.

Minimum5 years of relevant data analysis experience withfamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Snowflake & AzureusingSQL, Python, and data prep tools such as Alteryxas well as working knowledge ofTableau, Power BI, or equivalent visualization toolsrequired.

Experience withmathematical formulas and intermediate knowledge of statisticsandunderstanding of KPI conceptsrequired.

Advanced project management and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse stakeholdersrequired

Desired Qualifications

Advanced degree preferred.

Experience supporting marketing analytics, campaign tracking, or audience insights

The Target Pay Range for this position is $106,600.00-$130,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 - $154,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX.Ifyou'relocatedin Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we arerequestingthat you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.
