RegOps L3 Support Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 8+ Years of Overall IT experience.
• Strong Linux experience (command line, file operations, shell scripting).
• Hands on L3 production support in a financial services or banking environment.
• Provide L3 support for trading and market data applications during NY hours.
• Troubleshoot production issues, including trading workflow and market data incidents.
• Perform pre and post deployment checks.
• Integrate applications with automation, deployment, and monitoring tools.
• Document runbooks, operational procedures, and remediation plans.
• Support server provisioning and configuration (access, service accounts).
• Drive problem resolution and recommend stability improvements.

• Scripting skills (Python or shell) for automation and operational tasks.
• Experience with job schedulers (cron, Autosys, Control M, etc.).
• Familiarity with release and deployment tools (Rundeck, Ansible).
• Good communication and incident management skills.
• Prior banking or trading systems experience.
• Strong ownership, ability to multitask, and willingness to shift priorities.
• Comfortable with cross training and collaborating with global teams.
