Job description
- Our IT Technician will perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware or software.
- Provide front line, customer facing IT Deskside Support in a fast-paced setting.
- Troubleshoot Windows11 operating system issues and perform hardware repairs on HP laptops (hard drive, RAM, etc.).
- Utilize ServiceCentral for ticket creation, tracking, and detailed resolution.
- Manage loaner laptop pool, ensuring timely returns and accurate inventory.

Requirements
Do you have experience with Windows Software troubleshooting, imaging computers, and customer support?, * High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience consisting of hardware repair.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience consisting of operation of systems such as Windows.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working with both Windows and macOS platforms and mobile device provisioning.
- Experience maintaining accurate records in ServiceCentral.
- Strong communication skills and able to collaborate effectively.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong service orientation.
- Heavy customer service skills include being able to de-escalate a stressed client and being able to fix issues quickly.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Be able to collaborate with other deskside support technicians.
