Sr.Specialist, Systems Engineering

• Develop and maintain Concept of Operations (CONOPS) artifacts using MBSE tools such as Cameo.
• Generate and manage system and subsystem-level requirements specifications using DOORS, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop system use cases and perform requirement traceability analysis to ensure coverage of stakeholder mission needs.
• Document the development of system capabilities within a Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) model to ensure comprehensive architectural representation and align with requirements.
• Create and maintain verification matrices and support system verification activities.
• Lead and manage technical teams in a collaborative environment to successfully meet project objectives.
• Leverage interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to foster cross-functional teamwork and resolve technical challenges effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with Independent Research and Development (IRAD) efforts.
• Proficiency in DoDAF architecture frameworks and their application to system design.
• Experience contributing to and/or leading design reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
