Data Scientist

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics of Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:

Using BI tools such as Tableau and other graphical analytics tools to facilitate information sharing.

Using AI models (Gemini, Claude, etc.) and integrating such models into analytics workflow to drive efficiency and scalability.

5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:

Using SQL-based languages, and large-scale data languages such as PySpark to derive insights from databases .

Using A/B test design to design experiments.

Using programing languages such as Python or R to work on multi-language environments.

Using Machine Learning Models in areas such as forecasting, classification and causal inferencing.

Presenting complex statistical concepts to executive leadership.

Using heuristics and empirical analytics methodologies such as difference in differences and benchmarking to produce insights from data.

Using SQL or PySpark optimization to query internet-scale data efficiently.

Measuring user experience behavior, customer engagement, and business impact using analytic tools.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $174,783.00 - $258,600.00/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
