Job description
This position supports the Field Service Technicians and CVS stores. As a Retail Store IT Hardware Support Technician you will provide bench repairs of specific CVS store hardware, maintaining accurate asset tracking records in Siebel. You will also maintain current hardware certifications on equipment to process warranty claims. Processes warranty claims under self-maintenance contracts. You will also clean and refurbish returned store equipment. Stages and configure complex systems for RX, POS, and internal corporate distribution. You must also ensure adequate inventory levels for support functions.
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs with assistance.
Schedule - Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm (with opportunity for overtime)
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with electronics hardware repairs, or hands-on technical or mechanical experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 80lbs with assistance., * Mechanical experience (ex. auto, printer, etc.)
- Experience working with laser or photo printers
- Technical School graduate and A+ certification
- Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel
- Associates Degree Preferred
Education High School Diploma or GED required

$17.00 - $28.46
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
