• Help manage and maintain our websites, Web App, and intranet - keeping content fresh, accurate, and aligned with our brand.
• Support SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and basic technical SEO improvements.
• Work with the marketing team on landing pages, campaign tracking, and other web-related needs.
• Track site performance with analytics tools and help identify opportunities to improve traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and communicate project updates clearly.
• Maintain SharePoint intranet sites and assist with MS365 tools.

We embrace modern AI tools like Claude to get more done, and we're looking for someone who is curious and eager to use the best tools available., * A degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Interactive Media or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.

• At least 1-2 years of recent experience working on websites or digital marketing projects.
• Comfortable reading and editing code
• Familiarity with the basics:
• HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript
• Google Analytics or similar tool
• Microsoft 365, including SharePoint
• Adobe Creative Cloud (even just the basics)
• Good communicator who can explain technical things in plain language.
• Able to juggle a few projects at once and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Some hands-on SEO experience
• Exposure to Progressive Web App concepts, Git/GitHub, or CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
