Job description

  • Design, implement, and support ZPA solutions including App Connectors, Server Groups, Application Segments, and access policies
  • Collaborate with network, security, identity, and application teams to enable secure application access
  • Translate legacy VPN and network access models into Zero Trust access frameworks
  • Support onboarding of applications to ZPA, including validation of ports, protocols, and dependencies
  • Configure and enforce least-privileged access policies
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, access, and routing issues related to ZPA
  • Assist in migration from legacy access solutions to ZPA
  • Maintain documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards
  • Work with vendors to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking (routing, firewalling, DNS, traffic flow)
  • Hands-on experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) or similar Zero Trust platforms
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts
  • Experience analyzing and modernizing legacy network environments
  • Background working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, * Zscaler certifications (Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator/Engineer)
  • CCNP, Security+, CySA+, or equivalent certifications
  • Experience with security frameworks such as NIST 800-53, CJIS, or similar
  • Experience in large enterprise or public-sector environments
  • Exposure to access modernization initiatives
