Full Stack Developers

Vaco is seeking Full Stack Developers who can design, build, and maintain modern web applications for several of our clients. Ideal candidates are comfortable working across the entire tech stack - front end, back end, APIs, and databases - and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions., * Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks

• Build and consume RESTful APIs / microservices
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize performance across platforms
• Collaborate with product, UX, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC

• JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages
• Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue
• Back-end: Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or similar
• Databases: SQL & NoSQL
• Git / version control and CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, * Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Containerization: Docker / Kubernetes
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, JUnit, etc.)
• Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth, SSO

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
