Systems Analysis, Consultant

The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model.The Systems Analyst will report to the IT Applications Director.In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Having a desire to help achieve transformational healthcare improvement should serve as the inspiration behind the ideal candidate's willingness to participate across many different activities within an agile working model. • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Requires at least 7 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs, or technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline the product delivery lifecycle.
• Experience documenting agile workflows and processes.
• Experience utilizing the Atlassian suite of products
• Requires basic technical knowledge and experience including adherence to architectural design, development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices
