Integration Developer

• We are seeking a mid-level Integration Developer with hands-on experience in REST API development and system integrations using iPaaS platforms.
• The ideal candidate will have experience enabling data exchange between enterprise systems through APIs and integration platforms rather than traditional database or ETL pipelines.
• This role will support integrations across enterprise applications such as GIS systems, work management platforms, and enterprise productivity tools.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in a development-heavy environment and building scalable integrations using modern API and middleware technologies., * Design, develop, and maintain REST and SOAP APIs to enable secure data exchange between enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Dell Boomi or Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Develop integration services using Python or Java.
• Implement API-based integrations between systems including GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, work management tools such as Cityworks, and enterprise collaboration platforms like Microsoft SharePoint.
• Build middleware components to manage data orchestration, transformation, and message routing.
• Collaborate with application teams, GIS teams, and enterprise architecture teams to support system integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot API integrations and data exchange processes.
• Document integration workflows and technical specifications.

• 3-5 years' experience in API development and system integrations.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs.
• Experience with SOAP-based integrations.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Dell Boomi or Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Programming experience in Python or Java.
• Experience working with enterprise system integrations.
• Understanding of API authentication methods (OAuth, token-based authentication).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating GIS platforms like ArcGIS.
• Experience with Cityworks asset/work management system.
• Integration with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Database.
• Familiarity with cloud integration architecture.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
